We use Dwservice as our remote screen sharing support tool. It works on both Windows and Mac.

- Once downloaded, run the software. Select "Install" and click next.
- Keep the default for the install path, select "Yes" click next
- When prompted to configure the agent, select "Enter the installation code" and enter the code given to you by the tech support agent.
- click Next and Finish
